The beautiful Dordogne area lies, in the south of France. Our campsite is situated near the D46, at the little village of St. Aubin de Nabirat. St Aubin lies between Gourdon, Salviac and Domme. This area is known for its old towns, numerous castles, caves and green landscapes. Here it is where we, Pieter and Renske have taken over the campsite exclusive for motorcyclists, formerly run by Frits and Misjan. We are starting this winter and hope to see you next summer. We will try to keep everyone informed with an e-mail newsletter.
This area is ideal for touring and you won't easily get bored here if you like motorcycling. No traffic-jams, no traffic-lights, lovely countryroads and easy parking everywhere.
Our peaceful campsite has lovely shady areas combined with a restaurant/bar, modern sanitary block and a large swimmingpool, and no reservation is necessary. A toolshop is available, as is information for rideouts.
There is a bar, snacks and a restaurant (Home of the original "Spare-ribs"); every wednesday we have a B.B.Q. In the morning we serve breakfast, and there is always food for people arriving late. We also have plenty of cold beer (Kronenburg on tap and Belgian beer).
Rent-a-chalet: if you don't want to bring your own tent; you can rent one of our chalets on a day-to-day basis. However, please make a reservation at info@motocamp.com if you want to be sure.
The old church is not a ruin anymore... Its completely renovated and changed into a beatifull landmark.
We are open from 1st of May to September the 20st and look forward to seeing you! The management is Dutch and at the reception we speak English, German, Dutch and Frisian! |
