Camping la Vallée des vignes is located in the small wine growing village of Concourson sur layon. the vaillage has a church, a bakery, bar-tabac, which also provides excellant quality meals at lunch time, and 22 wine growers. The site is family sized and well kept. Throughout the peak season, entertainment can be arranged such as wine tastings, both at the site and at some of the local vinyards, treasure hunts and music evenings. The site has a mini-golf, a park for children, a swiming pool, bar-restaurant and a other facilities for playing boules etc. The surrounding area is filled with endless tourist attractions, such as the zoo of doué la fontaine just 5km away, the famous cadre noire, the french school of cavelry at Saumur and world renound theme parks such as the puy du fou. the website contains more detailed information on things to do in the area.
