Bed and breakfast Hagewinde is situated just next to one of the most pretty natural reserves of Flanders called "Berlaars Broek". We offer two comfortable rooms, one for 2 and one for 4 persons. The nature reserve is a pleasure for nature lovers with many indicated routes for walking or biking. The lake of Donk, (2 km.)is open for fishing and surrounded by beautiful terraces and amazing restaurants. Also nearby is Nieuwdonk, the local recreation park, offers plenty of possibilities for water sports; swimming, sailing, surfing, kayaking. It has a play garden, a sand beach and a designated area with it's own terrace to relax and enjoy the sun. For those wanting to get out and explore, with the main highways nearby you are accesible to ALL of Belgium in no time. Be it a short trip to Gent (20 km.), Antwerp (45 km.), Bruges 570 km., Brussels (55 km.) or even an hour drive to the Belgian coast.
