Raheen Woods Hotel is very conveniently located on the outskirts of the historic town of Athenry. It is only a five minute walk to the town centre and Athenry Train station. Athenry Train Station is on the main line Dublin and is just 10 minutes to Galway by Train. Galway City Centre is 10 mins by train from Athenry and the train journey from Athenry to Dublin is 2.5 hours. Galway Airport is a mere 10 minutes by car from the hotel and Shannon Airport and Ireland West Airport (Knock) are less than one hour by car. Athenry is just 8km off the N6 Dublin to Galway road.
